MY STORY... perhaps you can relate?
I watched those around me struggle to hold their emotions, regulate their behaviours, communicate authentically or proactively address the pain that was evidently impacting their world.
As a highly sensitive child, I didn’t just see their pain, I felt and absorbed it. I also couldn't understand why people didn't acknowledge or address it.
I deeply felt the tension patterns in their bodies, the desperation of unmet needs, the armour around their hearts and the chaos of their thought patterns. Caught feeling their disconnection and pain, I longed not just to heal and awaken others, but to free myself from the cage and effects of unconsciousness to remember who I truly was beyond the suffering that surrounded me and bring light to the truth I saw and felt.
From a young age, I intuitively felt the heavy, unspoken pain that saturated the world — pain that was dismissed, denied, and yet silently drove people’s lives.

Why I do this work
The longing for truth, clarity and healing became the compass for my life. It led me into the healing arts — first through Osteopathic Medicine, where I studied the intricacies of anatomy, psychology, neuroscience in depth.
But even as I started treating client's physical pain, I could feel suffering that went far deeper — woven into the heart, the mind, and their soul.
People didn’t just need relief from structural physical pain they needed so much more and again I didn't know how to address all the emotional, mental and energetic layers which I felt and saw. I also knew I couldn't do all the healing for them. They needed to be able to see, feel and address it themselves and they needed the tools and access to resources.
This realisation shaped everything that came next..

As a new graduate at 23, I followed the intuitive calling to create Seven Sisters Festival—a sacred space where thousands of women could gather to heal, awaken, and empower one another accessing tools, resources and workshops. Over 14 years, I hosted more than 26,000 individuals and hundreds of healers, teachers, and visionaries.
This journey led me to steward land and build a permanent venue—anchoring a deeper vision that was never just about an event, but about expanding consciousness.
When one person remembers who they truly are, their healing ripples outward—transforming families, relationships, communities, and the collective.
My life’s work is devoted to supporting others to awaken, heal and break free from unconscious patterns to live a life of greater clarity, truth and wholeness.
Building Spaces to Heal
My Experiences
For over 20 years, I’ve been a dedicated student of healing, growth, and self-inquiry—engaging in more than 15,000 hours of training, study, and personal transformation.
My learning spans a diverse range of modalities including Biodynamic Osteopathy, Craniosacral Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Kinesiology, Tantra, Yoga, Nonviolent Communication, Psychotherapy, Qi Gong, NLP, Medical Intuition, and Somatic work.
I’m deeply grateful for the teachers, lineages, and practices that have shaped my path and continue to inform the way I support others.
I’ve immersed myself in silent retreats, spiritual communities, and long-term therapeutic work, and I remain a devoted student of Vipassana and the Diamond Approach—my core spiritual path.
Healing, truth, and spiritual growth continue to guide my life. Over time my intuition has strengthened, my understanding has deepened, and I’ve learned to meet life with more presence, compassion, and ease.

The Turning Point
I hadn’t planned to become a teacher, coach or guide—life was full with running events, working the land, and holding space for others.
But when a friend asked me to lead a small workshop on healing relationship dynamics and intimacy, the teachings flowed effortlessly. One coaching request turned into many, and soon I was working with a stream of consistent clients. I found myself working with business women, couples, the queer community, intuitives, leaders, and high level coaches. Folks who had done a lot of self development work and therapy but were still carrying deep patterns that impacted their relationships, leadership, and self-expression.
It was through coaching I realised: this is where I can best be of service. A committed, intentional container where my psychic intuition, spiritual and medical training, and lived business and relationship experience come fully alive.
The results I was getting were real, embodied and deeply impactful. I was inspired and grateful.
My Work Today
At the heart of this work is a return to self—cultivating the self-awareness, emotional safety, and inner trust that allow you to live, lead, and relate from your truth and power.

Personal Information - the basics
I’m Lauren (she/her), a fifth-generation Australian of Northern European, French, Ashkenazi, and German heritage, living on Taungurung Country in central Victoria alongside my partner Lou and our dog, Koda.
My life and lineage have shaped me offering privileges, gifts, and challenges. I honour that each of us walks a unique path, influenced by identity, history, culture and the systems around us.
I’ve seen and felt how deeply these forces shape the body, mind, and heart. While some paths are undeniably harder, I believe in our shared capacity to grow in awareness, resilience, and compassion for ourselves, for each other, and for creating the inner and systemic change our world so deeply needs.
Alongside my devotion to healing and human potential, I’m also a lover of life’s simple pleasures finding joy in scent, taste, touch, beauty, and the sensory magic of everyday life.
